GLOBAL CONTEXT
Development instruments and programmes
The European Union is one of the main actors in international cooperation processes. In this area, pursuits the aim of ensuring stability, human rights and democracy, encouraging economic prosperity and civil society’s development, environmental protection and governance.
The most important European cooperation instrument for Latin America’s development is the DCI II program, which includes some subprograms, among which are Copolad, EL PACcTO, Euroclima+, EurosciAL+ and AL INVEST, the latter, focused specifically on issues related to regional SMEs’ development.

We support our clients in all project phases
We support eligible entities in partnership composition, drafting, submitting, and administrative and financial management of the projects that might be financed by European cooperation programs. For that purpose, we have the support of experienced professionals in the project management area, as well as a wide contact network with European Union member countries and the main Latin-American ones.
In this area we provide the following services following services:
- Funding programs monitoring
- Composition, management and coordination of potential partnerships
- Technical development of projects proposal
- Project management, administration and technic and strategic coordination
- Accountability
- Organization and coordination of kick-off meetings
- Specific investigacion and consultancy on the project's activities
In addition, the region offers significant investment opportunities, due to the important role of multilateral banks, which finance large-scale projects, aimed to encourage the social and economic development of Latin American and Caribbean countries.
In this context, we advise public and private legal entities about World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) and Caribbean Development Bank’s opportunities, regarding competitive tendering procedures and investment in the LATAM area.
